I'm in the same business of translating technology and making it work for ordinary people and the avoidance language I get about blogs includes:
- I don't have time to read them
- I don't have time to write one
- I don't like the idea of a personal journal at work
- It will just give people the opportunity to flame me/my company






This is a great list! I definitely encounter a lot of these objections as well, and maybe I'll steal some of these as ideas for future posts on how to make the case for blogging...?
