Creating Passional Users recently hit the Technorati 100.  This isn't surprising, because Kathy Sierra is a great writer, one who makes me think.  I find myself thinking about something she wrote at odd moments and going back to re-read the post.

Kathy usually avoids "flock topics," conversations that go from one blog to another and another.  Instead she starts conversations on topics that matter to a large number of people.
