News Floozy: Islamist Conspiracies; Immigration Furor, Blood Boiling, Journalism & Barbaro with Special Sauce (kidding!)

We had a great day at Emerald Downs yesterday, betting on the horseracing and eating fabulous seafood. I came home with three times the month I left with! Four day work weeks always screw me up, though, but I'm not alone - there are a lot of screwed up people out there:

Captain's Quarters: "...so many Islamist conspiracies are afoot that the security agencies have no time to participate in an inquiry regarding the Tube bombings..." Uh, yeah. I'm buying that excuse.

Crooks and Liars: ""The immigration furor has been critical to the growth we've seen" in hate groups..." Speaking of Michelle Malkin-

Michelle Malkin: "More blood-boiling stuff over at The Immigration Blog , if you can take it this morning.... the "path to citizenship" pablum..." Ah, gotta love her peaceable, fair rhetoric.

Eschaton: "One of the things which constantly amazes me is the willingness of the mainstream media to give platform to people who .... have literally no respect for what journalism aspires to be. " Controversy pays the bills, Atrios.

And rounding up this edition of the Flooz with that all important question: "How [is] everyone's favorite non-sentient being going in his quest to survive long enough to have sex with any horse in sight"? Check Deadspin for the answer before you eat that hamburger.
