RIAA Goes After XM Radio
XM Radio looks like they will fight RIAA's suit over the ability of subscribers to record music from XM stations.
Satellite radio subscribers like you are law-abiding music consumers; a portion of your subscriber fee pays royalties directly to artists. Instead of going after pirates who don't pay a cent, the record labels are attacking the radios used for the enjoyment of music by consumers like you. It's misguided and wrong.
Next RIAA will be going after radio stations because we can tape their music.

What's wrong with the RIAA is what's wrong with the people in power in government today. You have a bunch of non artistic rich white old A-holes, who don't want to lose money and power to the computer generation. We are free thinkers we can do more better and faster then they can. They won't let go. They need to be happy and enjoy the time and millions of dollars they have and pass the torch peacefully. If they don't they will drop the torch and burn their own homes down and lose everything.

They can't turn back time. New world, new economies and the net and file movement of all types will never stop.
