Seth Godin on the Meaning of Free
When is free not really free?  If required to complete a survey to get your free product, is the product still free?  How about if you have to pay a minimal (say $1.00) handling charge?

Seth's article is a reminder that if someone offers a freebie, it isn't.  In some way the offerer is getting something back and you are paying something - be it time, aggrevation or a handling charge.
