Think Progress is a liberal political blog lacking the vitriolic ranting of some political blogs. What really makes this blog stand out are some touches that are less political and more design-related.
For example, under the masthead/banner is a list of "hot topics" the topics are styled using terror-level colors according to how hot the topic is.
I also admire the styled post tabs - posts are organized under a series of tabs, each with their own color and slightly snarky title. "Brain Dead Media" and "Incompetent Establishment" are examples. I wish these tabs were also topics so I could see all examples of of "Brain Dead Media" at once.
Think Progress is #19 on Technorati's Top 100 list.
