July 20th I am turning 40, so to celebrate I am going to profile 40 of the A-List blogs, 2 per day each day, until my birthday.

It is strange. It has cats. It is #74 on Technorati's Top 100. It is Stuff on My Cat, a whole blog dedicated to photos of cats with stuff piled on them. Seriously. They even have t-shirts.

In defense of the blogosphere, Stuff on My Cat has dropped in rank and is showing signs of a slow down. Also its owner, Mario Garza, isn't a 40-something housefrau, but a graphic designer - which puts Stuff on My Cat in the realm of avante garde social commentary. Somehow I doubt the people who submit the photos see it that way.

I've been following that website since it first came online over a year ago and a few days later it crashed because of it's popularity. I thought for sure it should be in the top 100 sites on the internet. Although, I was quite surprised when I saw it there finally. It gave me perspective on the other sites in that list. One not to look at lists anymore.
