The truth about New Orleans, sad to say, IMHO, is that it is uninhabitable.
I wish to sound the warning that global climate conditions are worsening, and the gulf area, with the crappy levees, is a danger zone, like Pompeii.
I feel it is foolish to re-build what will just be wiped out again.
