From Dvorak Uncensored:  "A fierce group of raccoons has killed 10 cats, attacked a small dog and bitten at least one pet owner who had to get rabies shots, residents of Olympia say."  Raccoons unafraid of humans?  Would these be the same racoons that some local residents find cute and feed regularly, even allowing them inside their houses?  I went to college in Olympia (WA) and knew two crazy raccoon ladies.

Boing Boing reports on a yellow jacket's nest that filled the entire inside of a 1955 Chevy.  My husband is terrified of bees in general - this would give him nightmares for the next year.

I'm thinking that Dave Winer eventually is just going to get a brain implant that streams every single RSS feed straight to his neurons.
