List of what NOT to Do As A Politician: Ch.3 Sec. 32 - Relations with Pages
In my new, ongoing series on what NOT to do as a politician, whether campaigning, or in office, here is my list of do's and don'ts learned at the Mark Foley school of dealing with hot teenage interns:

1. Don't IM your intern to ask what they are wearing

Maf54: You in your boxers, too?
Teen: Nope, just got home. I had a college interview that went late.
Maf54: Well, strip down and get relaxed.

Another message:

Maf54: What ya wearing?
Teen: tshirt and shorts
Maf54: Love to slip them off of you.

2. Don't ask your intern about their state of sexual arousal

Maf54: Do I make you a little horny?
Teen: A little.
Maf54: Cool.

3.   If interested in pursuing 'dates' with underage teens, don't serve at the same time as chair of the House Caucus on Missing and Exploited Children.

4.  Do have someone warn each class of Congressional pages about your behavior.

5.  Don't frame your resignation to sound like you are sorry for being caught, rather than sorry for your behavior.
