Lifehackers 4 Tips for Choosing Achievable Goals
I'm great at setting unachievable goals and then not following through.  Like fasting until I weigh 120 lbs and then going out and devouring a double Whopper with cheese.  To help people like me, Lifehacker presents 4 tips on making achievable goals.  And I'm going to follow every one...
  1. Entertain a mix of ambitious and silly goals
  2. Make a good number of goals... but not too many
  3. Review your list weekly
  4. Talk to friends about your goals
Lifehacker also points out that:
  • Making achievable goals shouldn't feel like buying art
  • Making achievable goals shouldn't feel like balancing a checkbook
