Apple's Anonymous Blogger
Robert Scoble (whose blog has been singularly uninteresting since he left Microsoft) talks about Apple's anonymous blogger.  Because Apple is so heavy-handed with employees, they can't talk about Apple in public.  Robert points out:
"What happens when only anonymous employees can blog? Hint: your PR will be controlled by anonymous people!"
This is similar to the lesson that Dell (Dell Inc. Nasdaq: DELL) learned:  What happens when only your customers blog about you?  Your brand/message/reputation can get trashed.
