John Kerry and the Bad Joke

I haven't weighed in on the whole John Kerry/bad joke fiasco yet because I know I'm going to get flamed big time and my email has already been out of control. By the way here's a great photo:

Kerry's comment?

"You know, education, if you make the most of it, you study hard, you do your homework and you make an effort to be smart, you can do well. If you don't, you get stuck in Iraq."

Context: Said during a speech at a college - to college students.

Does he mention the troops?

Now stretch your little minds, Malkinbots. What if he wasn't talking about the troops, but making a snide reference about the President?

Stop Bush

Bad joke? Definitely - a real groaner.

Hysteria-inducing? Only if you want to draw attention away from the the real problem.

PS - I already know I'm an idiot, so save your fingers if that is all you have to flame me with.
