The whole Alexander Litvinenko Polonium-210 poisoning is pretty scary.
Apparently, the poison was transported on October 25th and British scientists know the origin of the radioactive poison. Just how dangerous is Polonium-210? "...[S]mall quantities are all that are needed for poisoning someone, as the maximum safe ingested dose is 0.03 microcurie. It's 25 billion times more poisonous than hydrocyanic acid."
While everyone assumes that Putin and/or the Russian government is behind the poisoning, very little is being said about what should be done about it. Senator Joe Biden is ambiguous: "I don't know whether he's involved (in the poisoning), but our relations with Russia have to get straightened out to begin with." Meanwhile, Ellen Ratner of Fox & Friends says "I don't know what we should do except that we are not in a great position because we don't have the moral standing given what we're doing in Iraq."
The A-List is pretty quiet on what we should do, so let's help them out. What actions should be taken if it is proved the poison came from Russian government sources?
